Request Beta AccessHow Pricing Works
Intercepts is licensed per connected database server — each SQL Server instance Intercepts runs queries against counts as one connection. Five servers means five connection licenses.
Unify is licensed per active pipeline — each pipeline you build and deploy in your environment counts as one. A pipeline can connect to any combination of databases, APIs, file sources, email systems, and more. The complexity of what it does doesn’t change the price.
Resolve is a flat annual add-on. One license covers your entire environment — unlimited Initiatives, unlimited users, no caps on activity.
All products are fully self-hosted on your Windows Server infrastructure. Your data stays in your environment.

Implementation & Onboarding
Aurum is a technical platform — getting it properly installed and configured requires real work. Element 79 provides implementation and onboarding services for every new customer. Installation is performed remotely and typically completed in half a day. A full-day training session follows to get your team up and running.
Implementation is scoped and priced per engagement based on your environment. Contact us to discuss your setup before or alongside your license conversation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to license all three products?
No. Intercepts, Resolve, and Unify are each licensed independently. License only what you need. Many customers start with Intercepts or Unify alone and expand as their needs grow.
What counts as a “connected database server” for Intercepts?
A connected database server is any SQL Server instance that Intercepts connects to in order to run queries. The server running Aurum itself does not count.
What counts as a “pipeline” for Unify?
A pipeline is a defined workflow deployed in your Unify environment. Each pipeline has a trigger (scheduled, API call, or event), one or more processing steps, and a destination. The number of data sources or systems a pipeline connects to does not affect the count — one pipeline is one license unit regardless of complexity.
What systems can Unify connect to?
Unify connects to SQL Server databases, external APIs, CSV and flat file sources, email systems, and messaging infrastructure including Microsoft MQ, IBM MQ, and Azure Service Bus. If your data lives there, Unify can reach it.
Is there a per-query or per-user fee?
No. Intercepts licensing is per connected database server — run as many queries as your business requires. One of our customers runs over 10,000 automated queries per month under a standard license. Unify licensing is per pipeline, with no limits on execution frequency or data volume.
Is Aurum cloud-hosted?
No. All three products are fully self-hosted on your Windows Server infrastructure. Your data never leaves your environment.
What infrastructure do I need?
Windows Server with IIS and Microsoft SQL Server (2016 supported, 2017 or later recommended).
What does implementation cost?
Implementation and onboarding services are available through Element 79 and are scoped per engagement. Pricing is discussed after a technical qualification conversation so we can give you an accurate estimate for your environment.
What’s included with every license?
All licenses include software updates. Auric (Aurum’s built-in scripting language) is available across all licensed products at no additional charge. Support is a separate add-on.
